Mind Control, Montauk Project and ‘Stranger Things’
bio and articles
From the notorious MK Ultra program (pdf), researchers have gleaned several important facts:
- The United States military and intelligence services (notably the CIA) were keenly interested in testing human subjects with LSD.
- The United States Senate, in particular, Senators Barry Goldwater, Daniel Inouye and Kennedy became quite suspicious of the CIA and the military’s use of mind control techniques.
- The key to performing secret mind control testing is to make sure that money to fund such programs does not come from official appropriations from Congress so that Congress can’t scrutinize the efforts of the military-industrial-complex.
Just so you know (dear reader) that I am not making any of this up, here is a snippet of Sen. Kennedy’s opening remarks at the 1977 Senate sub-committee hearing on MK-Ultra and Mind Control:
“Some two years ago, the Senate Health Subcommittee heard chilling testimony about the human experimentation activities of the Central Intelligence Agency. The Deputy Director of the CIA revealed that over 30 universities and institutions were involved in an ‘extensive testing and experimentation’ program which included covert drug tests on unwitting citizens ‘at all social levels, high and low, native Americans and foreign.’ Several of these tests involved the administration of LSD to ‘unwitting subjects in social situations.’ At least one death, that of Dr. Olsen, resulted from these activities. The Agency itself acknowledged that these tests made little scientific sense. The agents doing the monitoring were not qualified scientific observers. The test subjects were seldom accessible beyond the first hours of the test. In a number of instances, the test subject became ill for hours or days, and effective follow-up was impossible.”
Netflix has capitalized on the popularity of mind control with Wormwood, which is based on the baffling (but apparent) suicide of the aforementioned Dr. Frank Olsen, who was “unwittingly” given LSD and subsequently (though not that night) jumped to his death after going through a disillusionment phase.
Even larger in popularity than Wormwood (which I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that Wormwood is another moniker for Planet X / Nibiru of the Nemesis system) is the seminal juggernaut, Stranger Things.
In Stranger Things, we are introduced to a telepathic and telekinetic 11-year-old who goes by the handle, 11. 11 has ostensibly opened a doorway with her mind into a parallel dimension while being suspended in a vat of salinized water. This parallel dimension is referred to throughout the show as The Upside Down—a veritable darkened shadow of our everyday world that characters begin to experience because a shadow creature has begun to enter our dimension and abduct humans. The Upside Down is the Lower Astral Plane.
Once trapped in The Upside Down, which is also referred to as The Vale of Shadows, characters must find a wormhole to get back to our dimensional plane. Thankfully, 11 has the ability to find them in the lower astral plane. To be sure, 11 has the ability to telepathically connect her consciousness with others simply by thinking about them. The process is, indeed, very similar to astral projection.
The part where fiction blends with fact involves the use of psychic children by the CIA / military-industrial-complex to project their thoughts through a computer interface. Indeed, according to the testimony of Steward Swerdlow, Al Bielek, Duncan Cameron and Preston Nichols, the United States Air Force moved the mind control research to Montauk, New York. From the year 1972 to 1983, the military-industrial-complex, aided by (mostly) negatively-oriented extraterrestrials, including greys and reptilians, kidnapped and utilized 300,000 (mostly) psychic boys between the ages of 12 and 17. Stewart Swerdlow contends that only about 1% of the children used in the Montauk mind control program survived and can function in society. According to Swerdlow, the Sage radar on Montauk Point would project the thoughts of the boys to unsuspecting victims who would have thoughts or behaviors telepathically suggested to them.
According to Al Bielek, the military-industrial-complex acquired technology that allowed them to cloak entire ships (ala the Philadelphia Experiment in which the USS Eldridge became invisible and then re-emerged with human beings either crazy or wedged / integrated with the hull of the ship). The technology was a mixture of Tesla technology and German technology. Bielek claims that the Philadelphia Experiment failed and in 1953 the Phoenix Project began at Brookhaven National Laboratories.
The general gist of the post-World War II era is that following the war, hundreds if not thousands of German scientists came over in Project Paper Clip and participated in mind-control technologies. The United States government (as earlier mentioned) became queasy at the thought of mind control, which is why Phoenix Project II became an Air Force project housed at Montauk Point, New York, specifically at Camp Hero.
Duncan Cameron was a psychic programmer at Montauk. He originally was part of the Philadelphia Experiment, but found himself strangely transported to Montauk in 1983 after jumping off the USS Eldridge as it became invisible in 1943. According to Bielek, he and Cameron were originally brothers who jumped off the USS Eldridge. It has also been speculated that Cameron was the main psychic who sat on the Montauk Chair and was able to telepathically project his consciousness. The chair is the most centrally intriguing and perhaps implausible part of the whole story. Let me quote from the website Bibliotecapleyades:
“According to the writer of the The Montauk Project (Peter Moon), the ITT World-Wide Communications corporation (which is owned by the Krupp family–see ‘Setting Up Phoenix II’ above) constructed a mind-reading device. The device translated the electromagnetic field, or ‘aura,’ around the body into a visible format. The primary component of this device was a Cray 1 super-computer that turned the data into something a person could understand.
“The technology used to create this is device is a mystery. According to the book, some of the basic technical information was provided by aliens. These aliens were the Sirians, from the star system of Sirius. Exactly why these aliens provided the technology is not explained.
“Over at the Montauk Project, the research people realized that this mind-reading device could easily be converted into a mind control device. They hooked the device up to a series of computers, electrical coils and the Sage Radar system, creating a powerful transmitter that could be used to lessen the risks to humans undergoing invisibility and time travel experiments. This new device was called the Montauk Chair and came online about 1974. Linked to a Cray 1 and an IBM 360 computer, the researchers would sit a psychically active person (such as Duncan Cameron) in the Montauk Chair and have them try and transmit their thoughts to a similar set-up back at the ITT corporation (located in Southampton, Long Island).”
Regardless of what you believe, footage is available showing Duncan Cameron breaking down as he returned to Montauk in 1993 as part of a documentary featuring himself, Peter Moon and Preston Nichols. Nichols, an original owner of Buddha Records, was an audio/electrical engineer who helped to work on the receivers and satellite antennae. All of these people have had their memories partially wiped, ala Men in Black, but they have recovered a great deal of their memories.
To be clear, the real name of Montauk Project was Phoenix II and the project utilized the Sage Radar System on Montauk Point for the purpose of projecting vast amounts of energy in the range of 425-450 MHz. Quoting the above-linked site:
“One of the primary items on the equipment list given to the military was a Sage Radar system.
“It had been discovered that radio signals in the 425 to 450 Megahertz range were required to get ‘inside‘ the human consciousness to allow for mind control attempts. The Sage Radar systems ran at these frequencies and could be converted into a huge radiosonde easily.
“Better yet, the Sage Radar system was currently obsolete, thus the scientists would be able to use one with no detriment to national security.
“Montauk Air Force Base, located within the confines of Fort Hero on Montauk Point, Long Island, New York, was perfect for the needs of the Phoenix Project scientists. It was fairly isolated, currently mothballed and was equipped with a Sage Radar system that could be converted to a radiosonde with ease.
“Setting themselves up at the newly reopened Montauk AFB, the scientists named their new project Phoenix II. Later, the undertaking became known as the Montauk Project. Financing for the Phoenix II came not from the military, who only supplied men and materials, but from outside sources. This was because the project itself had been ordered disbanded by Congress and was now operating independently.”
Whether or not you believe in any of the speculation around Montauk, the fact is that television is programming us every day. We are programmed to believe that Russia is an abominable beast run by a brutal dictator and that there is no such thing as geoengineering, stratospheric aerosol injections or solar radiation management. We are called conspiracy theorists for believing in Planet X, chemtrails and UFOs while most people have been indoctrinated into the notion that God is dead and that we don’t have souls. I am not here to tell you to believe in Montauk or Planet X; rather, I’m here to tell you to think for yourself.
